Easy to Clean: The cutting board only needs to be rinsed with soapy water or water after use. It is recommended that you do not soak it in water and do not place in a dishwasher. Food grade mineral oil is applied after engraving and is recommended to be used periodically to extend the life of the cutting board.  It is also recommended that you cut on the opposite side of the engraving to extend the life of the engraving.
